Made some burgers last night, woke up too late today to start slow cooker ribs unfortunately . Maybe use the rest of my pizza dough to make a little something.

I had a small steak I quickly marinated with garlic and soy sauce and then seared in butter in a cast iron skillet and finished with another pat of butter in the oven. The crust from the soy sauce and butter is amazing.

I made chicken fried rice, with chicken I smoked on Sunday. Turned out pretty good.

Leftover Butter Chicken we made yesterday. Good dose of Kashmiri chili powder over hot spice which gives it color and flavor over heat (it still has a good kick)
. I add a pinch of asafoetida that I balance out with a teaspoon or so of Grey Poupon ( have mustard seed, but this just works better). To bring it back to Oppo, asafoetida has a strong smell of sulfur. You can easily find it in a Indian supermarket by following the scent of GL-5 differential fluid.

Looks like good stuff; I made the cream pasta I posted a few days ago but added sausage this time but I had to swap chicken stock for veggie stock and leeks for red onions. Still tasty and I have two more meals as leftovers.

Made a small batch of chicken noodle soup, but that small batch turned into just under 2 g allons. Used some chicken broth I made last weekend, & made the noddles fresh.

I ordered a take out. Two cheeseburgers, pepperoni topped parmo, doner meat and some chips along with some garlic mayo and chilli sauce.

I actually did good this evening - made mushroom omelettes with some nice hash browns . They both turned out really good . My wife really like mushroom omelettes and she’s had a tough week so far.
